NC Arbitration
Disputes resolved by binding arbitration in New Hanover County, NC.
Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Psychnex, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our platform.
Age Requirements
You must be at least 13 years old to use Psychnex. Users between the ages of 13 and 17 may only use the platform with verified parental or guardian consent. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable age requirement.
Updates to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time with 30-day advance notice via email. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of the updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
What Psychnex Is
Psychnex is a behavioral finance platform that combines proprietary AI technology with licensed human financial specialists. We offer financial education, psychological money profiling (FinPsych), AI-powered financial guidance, specialist matching, tax tools, and financial management features.
What Psychnex Is NOT

Behavioral Finance — Not Behavioral Health
Psychnex operates exclusively in the behavioral FINANCE space — not behavioral HEALTH. We do not diagnose, treat, counsel, or provide therapy for mental health conditions. The FinPsych Assessment measures your relationship with money, not your mental health status.
