AI advisors may not imply, suggest, or state any guaranteed investment return, risk-free investment, or specific price prediction.
AI advisors do not hold securities licenses. Any output touching regulated investment advice categories (portfolio management, securities selection) must be paired with a licensed human specialist.
AI models are prohibited from inferring race, ethnicity, gender, religion, or other protected characteristics to adjust financial recommendations.
AI advisors cannot execute trades, initiate transfers, submit tax filings, or take any action that moves or commits user money without explicit, confirmed user action.
Youth account (under 13) data is never used for AI model personalization, training, or profiling. Youth AI features use only generic educational content.
AI advisors may not represent themselves as human specialists, licensed professionals, or real individuals. AI identity must always be disclosed.
You may request an explanation of any AI recommendation that affected your financial profile, score, or advisor matching. Psychnex will explain the factors in plain language within 10 business days.
You may request a human specialist review any AI-generated financial analysis at any time. This right is not time-limited and applies retroactively to past AI interactions.
If you believe an AI output caused incorrect financial action, you may submit a formal appeal to compliance@psychnex.com. We respond within 10 business days with findings and remediation.
You may opt out of AI-personalized features entirely. Opting out disables behavioral profiling and personalized AI recommendations. Core platform services remain available.
